Nuance Cloud Based Dragon Anywhere App Launched For Android And iOS Users

Nuance cloud based Dragon Anywhere App

Yesterday, Nuance Communications launched Nuance cloud based Dragon Anywhere App for Android and iOS users along with the updated Windows and Mac apps.

Earlier, Dragon Anywhere was available on the desktop, but now those who are interested can get their hands on the voice dictation app on their mobile devices. It seems to be a nice idea, taking voice notes and having it transcribed for you while on the go.

Nuance Cloud Based Dragon Anywhere App will let you save your transcriptions onto your selected cloud service so that you can access it later on your computer for further editing. The dictation app will be continuously learning your voice so that it can become more accustomed to it and provide better transcriptions.

The company wrote in a video description on YouTube regarding Nuance Cloud Based Dragon Anywhere App:

“Maximize productivity even when you’re on the road. With the new cloud-based, Dragon Anywhere app, continue your work in the field to keep up with documentation. Dictate and edit documents of any length by voice—using your own customized vocabularies, shortcuts and commands—directly on your iOS or Android mobile device.”

Add custom words easily to the App

You will also be able to add your own custom words to Dragon Anywhere App, so that if you work in an industry using a lot of technical terms, it will be able to get that and record it if you were to save it to your custom words beforehand.

Peter Mahoney, CMO and general manager of Dragon said Nuance cloud based Dragon Anywhere App for Android and iOS users will be sold on subscription basis this fall for either $15 per month or $150 per year.

For desktop users, Dragon Professional Individual will be offered for $300 for new customers and $150 for the customers upgrading from Dragon Professional versions 12 and up.
