Microsoft Surface Pro 4, Band 2 and Lumia Phones may be unleashed in October

It has been rumored that Microsoft will be unleashing a slew of new devices in October such as the Microsoft Surface Pro 4, Band 2, and Lumia Phones. Rumors also hinted that the tech giant may also unleash a new edition of Xbox One and the Surface Mini device.

Earlier, the Redmond giant focused on launching only budget friendly and midrange smartphones such as the Lumia 640 XL, Lumia 640 and the Lumia 535. But, finally now the company seems to be poised to introduce flagship Lumia devices this year, the Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL.

Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950 XL expected specs:

The Lumia 950 is said to come with a 5.2 inch Quad HD supporting screen, and will be powered by Snapdragon 808 SoC hexa-core processor coupled with 3 GB of RAM. The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL will come with a 5.7 inch Quad HD display, and will be powered by Snapdragon 810 chipset coupled with 3 GB of RAM. The phones are said to have a 20 MP rear camera, microSD support, 32 GB internal memory and Qi wireless charging.

According to The Verge:

“Microsoft Surface Pro 4 won’t be a drastic change from the Pro 3 as the company has promised to keep the charging mechanism and overall form factor similar for businesses that have invested in accessories like the docking station.”

But, Microsoft is said to increase the display size and resolution of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4, however, it will be thinner and lighter than the previous edition. If we go with the rumors, Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will have Windows Hello support.

The company will also unleash the Band 2, but nothing much in known about it. However, we can expect that it will be better than the previous version.
