LG G Pad 2 10.1 Inch Tab Will Have The Largest In Its Class Battery

Recently, the South Korean giant, LG unleashed the second generation of its 8-inch G Pad and now, the company is planning to launch the LG G Pad 2 10.1 inch tab.

Specs of LG G Pad 2 10.1 inch tab:

The upcoming tab by LG will have 10.1 inch WUXGA 1920 x 1200 Full HD display (224 ppi), powered by a quad-core 2.26 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The tab will have 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded via microSD card. The device will feature a rear camera of 5 megapixels and a front facing camera of 2 megapixels.

The LG G Pad 2 10.1 inch tab will have a battery of 7,400 mAh that the company claims to be “largest in its class.” We can expect that the tab will have a longer battery life as compared to other tabs in its categories. The device will be running on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and will have 2 variants: Wifi only model and 4G LTE model. All the features will be same except that the LTE model will feature a SIM card slot and supports 3G and 4G LTE networks. The LG G Pad 2 will be available in Brilliant Bronze color.

Special features of LG G Pad 2:

The South Korean company has added a Reader Mode that will reduce blue light of the display backlight to provide a comfortable reading view to the reader. The company has added a dual window mode, which divides the screen and will allow you to run two apps simultaneously and QuickMemo+ will let users create, save and share memos from any screen. LG G Pad will come preloaded with Microsoft Office for Android Tab and free OneDrive storage of 100GB for two years.

Price and release date of the upcoming tab by LG:

The South Korean giant has announced that the LG G Pad 2 10.1 inch tab will be showcased at the forthcoming IFA event in Berlin. The tab will be available in LTE and Wi-Fi models only and will go on sale in markets in Asia, Europe and North America. The price of the tab has not been revealed yet, but it is expected that the company will reveal it at the launch event.
