American video game development company ‘The Behemoth’ has announced that September 9 will see the release of the Castle Crashers Remastered for Xbox One. The game, which was originally released in 2008 for the Xbox 360, will include various graphical and technical improvements.
New Features of Castle Crashers:
• Changes in the frame rate, which will be 60 fps in the Castle Crashers Remastered. The said fps is five times larger than the original game.
• The game developers at ‘The Behemoth’ claimed that players will find the online gaming to be a lot quicker and a lot easier than before.
• “Performance updates” and “gameplay tweaks” will be released from time to time that will provide the players with a more fun and smoother gaming experience.
• A brand new mini game called “Back off Barbarian” has been included in the Castle Crashers Remastered for Xbox One.
“Back off Barbarian” is a very addicting yet very simple mini-game in which players have to move around as quickly as possible using D-Pad to dodge the enemies. As you move along, you have to face more enemies and as levels increase it gets tougher for players to move around. The game supports 4 players, both in offline and online mode.
Pricing of Castle Crashers Remastered:
The Castle Crashers Remastered for Xbox One will be available for free of cost to players who bought the Xbox 360 version before September 20. After that, the game will be available for $14.99. Additionally, the game will provide the feature of backward compatibility download.
The Castle Crashers was later released for PS3, but has not been announced for PS4. The Castle Crashers Remastered for Xbox One will be available for download from September 9 onwards.
