Elon Musk Unveiled the Brand New Tesla Batteries
There are a lot of resources we can use as a source of energy. We can use the wind, sun, water and other resources. The only complex part is how we are going to hold that energy, move it around, store it and use it whenever needed.
Just recently, Elon Musk showed us the outline of his plan with regard to bringing a Tesla battery to offices and homes. The plan’s outline also includes making the battery as solar panels’ adjunct.
Along with the showcasing of his plan’s outline, Elon Musk also revealed its battery that comes in either 7 or 10 kilowatt hour sizes. This battery is known to be the Powerwall. However, the 7 or 10 kilowatt hour battery is only designed for small operations. There is also an available 100 kilowatt hour battery for bigger operations. This 100 kilowatt hour battery is known as the Powerpack.
The Powerwall is a very promising invention. Aside from the fact that it lets you store late afternoon solar energy for night bingeing and other purposes, it also lets you get power from the grid even when it is during off-peak hours. You can get all this for as low as $3,500. The price might look expensive for some. Nonetheless, if you consider how much you will save overtime, you will definitely appreciate it.
