Fallout Anthology, set of five games packed in a nuclear bomb shaped box coming soon
Bethesda has announced that the Fallout Anthology containing five Fallout games will be launched soon and will come in a box which will be shaped like a blooming nuclear bomb.
Last month, Bethesda finally confirmed Fallout 4 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. This game had been rumored for many years and the Fallout fans were delighted with a huge showcase at E3 2015 in LA. The event was the first big presentation by Bethesda at the E3.
Bethesda’s Todd Howard outlined many of the key details of Fallout 4. He told that the game will be released for current generation consoles on November 10 and will not be released for the PS3 or Xbox 360. He also told that it would come with a special collector’s edition, which will include a real-life Pip Boy.
Which games will be contained in Fallout Anthology?
Bethesda has announced a new compilation set Fallout Anthology containing 5 mainline PC games. The set will contain the original Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas with all DLC. But three of the games were developed only for PC. The Fallout game which is not included in the set is action role playing spin-off Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel, which was released only on PS 2 and Xbox.
Fallout Anthology was announced at QuakeCon and will be for PC only. On September 29, it will be released in North America for around $50 and on October 2, it will be released in Europe for around £40. BethesdaNet was also announced at QuakeCon, which is a new global hub for all Bethesda games to promote fan loyalty.
